That was not the pcv. Not sure what that was installed in the hose line. The pcv is in the intake where he installed the first hose.

Ok. I got it. Thanks. So what ever that was (I think I have it on my car too) I guess I can get rid of it too.

 

Mine only had the hose from the pcv to the intake. Not sure what was installed in the hose he removed.

 

The pcv hose is the only thing that was removed,it is 2 rubber ends on a metal tube center.The white thing that you can see in the video is the part # label.:wavey:

Only reason I can say I saw it is that my:thk: mind is still better than my eyes and remembered when I used it on my SRT to install the catch can.:Wow1:

 

It looks like the guy totally removes the PCV valve and doesn't reinstall it. Am I missing something or is it normal to remove the PCV when using an Oil Catch Can?

What he removed was the IAT sensor off the cold air intake. It was reinstalled at end of video.

 

I have this same on installed on mine. I reused the 90* elbow as well as the short plastic piece on mine for better fitment.
