Okay so am I psycho or is my trim seriously messed up. I'm going to post some pics here in a bit but they are so discolored and worn looking like they had to redo them while installing the windows. Can I go to the dealership to have them repainted or am I out of luck.

You can use a coating on them something like carpro dlux. It darkens the plastic and rubber and lasts quite awhile
I've never noticed any degradation of the window seals on my '11 SRT8 but on my '65 Porsche I've used vasoline gel down through the years to keep them from splitting too bad. They're not as good as new, but they're shiny.
I use a little silicone spray on a cloth and wipe around, use a cotton wool bud to get into the corners -
